NewCloud Networks is currently experiencing connectivity issues with Veeam CloudConnect in its Denver data center. We are aware of the issue and working closely with Veeam support on a resolution.

Data is currently passing and we are letting customers accounts in, in small batches.

We are actively working toward a final resolution and RCA with Veeam, and working to implement a permanent solution. Service is expected to return to all users within the next 2 hours.

We are actively monitoring sessions to ensure everything is working correctly and please note that it can take up to 24 hours for jobs to catch back up fully.

Start Date/Time of Event: Thursday April 29th at 17:00 EST (5PM EST)
End Date/Time of Event: Thursday April 29th at 19:00 EST (7PM EST)
Expected Duration: Approximately two (2) hour window

Summary of Event:
NewCloud Networks will be conducting Emergency system maintenance on our CloudConnect platform between 17:00 EST (5PM EST) and 19:00 EST (7PM EST) on Thursday April 29th.

Customer Impact:
The effect of this will be: During this maintenance window CloudConnect will be available off and on, backups will continue as normal after the scheduled window.

April 28th, 2021
