NewCloud Networks is currently experiencing connectivity issues with Veeam CloudConnect in its Phoenix data center. We are aware of the issue and working closely with Veeam Support and Development Teams on a resolution. Connections are not available to Veeam Cloud Connect Services at this time.

We expect this outage to be resolved in the next 1.5 hours.

Start Date/Time of Event:       Friday, July 9th at 12:00 EST (12:00 PM EST)

End Date/Time of Event:         Friday, July 9th 15:00 EST (3:00 PM EST)
 

Summary of Event:     

Implementation Veeam Backup software Version 11 and VSPC 5 patches. Upgrade will occur in all NewCloud Networks Data Centers.

Backups and all Veeam related services will be stopped during a portion of the maintenance window.

Telephone and all other NewCloud Networks services will NOT be impacted by this hotfix implementation.
   

Customer Impact:  

Veeam services, backups, restores, disaster recovery (DRaaS) or anything data related will not be available during a portion of the maintenance window.
