Pandemic Protocols:

Effective Monday, March 16th, NewCloud Networks will initiate protocols outlined in its pandemic plan, which include:

Telecommuting for Nonessential Personnel

NewCloud Networks is committed to meeting your needs as a customer, and we have always taken steps to ensure that our employees are enabled for remote work capabilities. During this period our customers should not experience any delay in service deployment, delivery or operation.

Appointment Only Data Center Access

At NewCloud, we understand how important it is that your data not only be available during this time, but physically accessible should you need it. For this reason, we are allowing visits to our Data Center on an appointment only basis. To request an appointment please contact support@newcloudnetworks.com

Limiting Face to Face Meetings

In our efforts to balance productivity and client support with the health and well-being of our staff, NewCloud has decided to conduct the majority of our external meetings over the phone, and only conduct face to face meetings if absolutely necessary. We appreciate your flexibility during this time.

The necessity of the above initiatives will be evaluated on a week by week basis and any changes will be communicated.
