Denver Tech Center, CO August 21, 2013 – NewCloud Networks, a nationwide Cloud Services Provider, obtained its SOC 2 certification for its Cloud Data Centers and Organization Controls. SOC 2 is a formal report established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) on “Controls at a Service Organization Relevant to Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality or Privacy for Data Center and Technical Operations.” (AICPA.org) The SOC certification report is “intended to meet the needs of a broad range of users that need to understand internal control at a service organization (service provider) as it relates to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy,” (AICPA.org).
