Incident Update

NewCloud Networks is currently experiencing connectivity issues with Veeam CloudConnect in its Denver data center. We are aware of the issue and working closely with Veeam support on a resolution. Data is currently passing and we are letting customers accounts in, in small batches.

We are actively working toward a final resolution and RCA with Veeam, and working to implement a permanent solution.

Service is expected to return to all users within the next 1 hour.
