Carrier and LNP Statements
CSR Requests and Port LSR Requests must be sent to LNP@newcloudnetworks.com. NewCloud Networks will make every attempt to respond to CSR requests in two business days, holidays excluded. NewCloud Networks will make every attempt to respond with FOC to LSR requests in 5 business days, for requests of less than 100 numbers, holidays excluded. Requests for accounts over 100 numbers will be a minimum of 7 business days. The requesting carrier will be contacted if a longer response time is needed. Requests for CSR that do not match our records will be returned to the requesting carrier as an “information mis-match” and will need to be resubmitted. Attention: LNP normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday-Friday. No concurrence of TN’s or NewCloud Networks LNP assistance will be given outside of the normal business hours.
YOU MUST DO A PULL TO PASS 18 HOUR CONCURRENCE WINDOW NEWCLOUD NETWORKS DOES NOT SUPPORT A PUSH: ALL TNS MUST PORT ON FOC DATE, OR SUPP’D WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED FOC TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
NUMBERS SCHEDULED TO PORT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE NEWCLOUD NETWORKS SWITCH AT 3:00 PM MST ON THE DAY OF THE PORT. REQUESTS TO RE-INSTATE NUMBERS WITH AN INTERVAL SHORTER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE BILLED SNAP BACK CHARGES AT $99.00 PER NUMBER.
Carriers needing to contact NewCloud Networks for portability questions may call 800-722-5115 and ask for a representative of the Provisioning Department. Carriers needing to test with NewCloud Networks may call our NOC at 800-722-5115.
CARRIERS THAT USE THE NEWCLOUD NETWORKS LOCAL NETWORK TO COMPLETE CALLS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER MAY BE SUBJECT TO CARRIER ACCESS CHARGES.
